The first thing you will notice with this kid is his size.  He is 6’5″ and 235 pounds, but is still very athletic.  A big strong arm and quarterback traits are oozing from him, but he is not very refined at the position just yet.

Strengths:

Very strong arm and super athletic in and out of the pocket.  He has all the arm strength in the world to be able to zip balls all over the field and has a decent deep ball.  High end mobility allows him to overcome a poor offensive line that he has this season. He has missed the last two games with an ankle injury, which may cause a mini-slide.

Weaknesses:

Possess a long windup at times and is inconsistent as well.  His completion percentage is hampered by numerous drops by his teammates.  Over throws short passes and does not possess the touch needed.  Playing at a smaller, underfunded school he is not getting the coaching needed to fine tune his mistakes just yet.

Draft Prognosis:

He has all the physical tools in the world, but will need coaching at the next level to develop into an NFL quarterback.  Bridge has all the traits and NFL team is looking for, but will an NFL team want to waste a few season to wait for a guy like him.  He most likely is a 6th or 7th round guy, but if a team falls in love he could move up.
