The video below is from last season, when Strong played against Notre Dame.  In this particular game, he tallied 8 catches for 136 yards and a touchdown.

Strengths:

With his body type and physicality, he can be a difficult matchup for any secondary player.  He also has impeccable leaping ability.  Strong with the ball in his hands is difficult to get on the ground and can run throw any arm tackle.  At 6’3″ and 215 pounds, he is excellent on the outside and in the red zone.  He is also quick off the line and can stretch the field for any offense.

Weaknesses:

At times he catches the ball with his hands and makes amazing acrobatic catches, but their our times where he fights the ball on contact and does not extend fully for passes.  His route running is sloppy at best and at the college level he gets away with simply posting up and out “rebounding” for catches.

Draft Prognosis:

At the moment he is a top 5 receiver in this draft, he is closer to number 5 then number 1, but he will most likely be selected in the late first or early second round.  He will be a productive receiver at the next level and should develop as a weapon for any offense.
